I'm sat here with a thick comfy cardi on and i can't for the life of me get warm. my fingers are like ice. Where is the spring weather and i hope we don't get snow lol

Im same as you!! Im always a wimp and like it warm but at the moment my fingers and nails look blue!! At least summer is meant to be on the way!! Dont think we will get snow so that shouldnt make things any worse!! Sarahxx.

I'm FREEZING too! It's so cold here and I can't get warm either!
Note to self: bring duvet to work on monday!

i thought i was wierd! but no, you guys are cold too! phew, im not ill! everyone at work thinks im loony...but im really really cold!! brrrrrrr

hi i,m freezing today too just had to put a thick jumper on but that didnt work so now i have turned the central heating on i would of lit the fire but not alot of coal left.
drinking water doesnt really help i think i,ll make a hot coffee :coffee:

Its a sure sign you are all in ketosis and the fat is burning off you.

Its the one thing that I cant get used to with this diet. I always used to be so hot.

I am glad you posted this one, ever since I started this diet I am freezing and my hands are like ice

The girls at work keep opening the windows (spiteful sods !!) and I keep turning the heating up

It must be something to do with the diet brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
