Fruit Juice

does anyone know if fruit juice has any syns? i would have thought no as its just fruit, no added sugar but just wanted to check.

Fruit juice is syned.
The juice from one orange is 1 syn, yet the orange, itself is free.
It has something to do with digesting natural sugars and the amount one drinks in comparism to how much would eat as a whole fruit.
