Can't believe it both my daughter and I got our One stone awards this evening and we were both slimmer of the week. This hasn't been a speedy progress but a very contented steady one. I don't think I could have done it without all your endless support and if there was a button to press to thank everybody I would. As there isn't here's a big (xhugx)
