I havnt been able to get back on track since then  i feel so silly! i just seem to jump pff the wagon and burn it to the ground everynite when i get bored or stressed or anything like that! and at the min im seriously stressed iv got exams comin up n have no idea wat im doin!

has anyone got any tips for me on how to get back on track? i really wana loose a bit more weight before i go home to see my mum n dad n my sis's (it would be nice not to be the largest woman in the house especialy as my sis is a skinny big boobed perfect figure person and flaunts it around)

:banghead: :banghead: :banghead: hopefully i can kick myself back into shape! or if ne1 else feels like it please feel free i could do with a could :whoopass:

sorry guys just needed to off load! :(

It is true, its so hard to get back on the wagon once you have come off.
Hope you can clamber back on soon.

Dont go straight back in SS - try 790 for a week or two and stick totally to allowable foods and liquids.

It will be easier to get back to SS if you try it this way.

Hey hun

Sorry to hear you're feeling down about things. The only advice I think is worthwhile offering you is this:

If you really want to get back onto the wagon, then your head MUST be in the right place. If your head isnt in the right place you won't be able to do this. So you need to say to yourself "c'mon now girly, back to the old SS for a bit and we'll be there in no time!" grit your teeth and do it. Do it for a couple of days, take it a day at a time, and before you know it you'll be back in the swing.

Its mind over matter with this, as I have discovered, and you need to be strong and remind yourself why you are doing this- for your health, happiness, and for no-one else. I'm rooting for ya chick!

i keot falling off the wagon but this week I have used AAM to ease myself back into ketosis after a major blow out or 2 last week.

so far it has worked a treat and today I didnt feel the need to add the meal so maybe this is a good idea for you.

its so difficult to get back on track but there are ways to make it easier. easing urslef back into ketosis is definately one of the easiest.

If you are struggling to do ss id ease you way back in, maybe to 790 for 3 or 4 days, then aam for a few days and then onto ss. Keep focused on your dream and you can do it:D
