No, they don't throw you out of ketosis, but that's why you can only have one a day - because their higher in calaries and carbs.

They can take you out of ketosis if you're quite sensitive to carbs. 24g in one go was too much for me, I was craving the orange choc ones and I hate orange and choc! My CDC wouldn't sell me any once she spotted it.
