Didn't go to class last week and the password I did have has now run out...

It's for whey protein powder - the nutritional info is as following... no free food allowance:-

30g portion size
Protein 22g (per 30g)
Fat 2.4g (per 30g)
Carbohydrates 4.2g (per 30g)
Energy 136 kcal (per 30g)

Yeah I didn't pick up the password the week before last either (as I had an unexpected gain which threw me off track lol!) so the one I had is from 3 classes ago. I'll get the new one on Thursday
