that a tray of tetras weighs just about 1 stone? I discovered this the other day talking to one of my clients and I've found it really useful. Anyone who's lost at least a stone can pick up a tray and feel the weight, all are amazed at how heavy it feels and that they used to be carrying one, two or more trays around with them.

I haven't got any fat blobs yet, which I'd like to get, but this is a good substitute for now - and something I usually have to hand.

I love feeling how much I've lost.
My old LL counsellor used to have a chunk of concrete weighing three stones in her living room!! She got us to lug it around once we got to goal, it was quite funny!

Blimey - I don't think I want a 3 stone lump of concrete in my lounge I'll stick with my trays of tetras for now!

That is really handy to know MD. I wonder how much a box of bars weighs?

I have the 5lb lump of fat but I wish I had also ordered the 1lb one .

Yes. You can get both the 1lb or 5lb ones. I think the 5lb one was about £50. If any of my Clients bring their children the blob keeps them happy for ages lol

They used to pack the tetras in threes and oneday the plastic broke as I was lifting it it really wrenched my neck and shoulder, I mentioned this to Head Office as each case weighed three stone and move a few of those at a time and it really used to pull the old muscles. They then changed to 2 per box, still heavy but much better.

Re the fat blobs these are soooo good but the testtubes are mega. It really brings home how much fat there is in food.

They are expensive but once you have built up your business a little more really an valuable asset especially for the younger kids they really don't want a cheese burger when we show them how much fat is it it

Yes, probably, but the concrete would last longer than a murray mint.....

How many tetras are in a tray?

27 per tray, so that's about half a pound per tetra brik.
