Hey - thank you so much!

My secret is this... lipotrim, 100%!

Seriously, I even feel guilty for saying how easy I've found it. I have done no exercise, other than being busy and walking as much as possible (again, feeling guilty about that, but plans are afoot and i have joined a gym which opens in october)

WAter is a huge key to LT and probably other dieting success. I'd say I average about 3-4 litres a day, recently i've had more black tea and maybe a little less water but still had 2 litres pure water.

And, importantly, I am well aware that the harder work will start, for me, when I finish LT and reintroduce food. It's scary but my LT success will give me confidence that I can carry on the willpower I've found.

Elle-Emm,

Wow, thats an average of 4.25lb a week, which is amazing!! That next 25lb will fly by, you will be there before you know it!!

LT is great!!

You have been very grounded and very realistic in your approach to LT. You've taken no short cuts and have been consistent -that's why you've been so successful -because you have done it right! Don't be surprised, you mustn't have thought yourself so focussed before you embarked on LT, work on keeping yourself aware of how strong you've proven yourself to be and when it comes time to re-feed again you should be fine. Do not let all the great things you've learned about yourself doing this lie dormant! Keep it going! You're a big inspiration and a brilliant help to all here woman.

Thanks Black ROse - it is scary thinking of refeed. But as you say I have to harness what I've learnt, and the strength and willpower I *honestly* never knew I had...

I do think if I can do this then anyone can, lol!

I'm certainly hoping that's the case cus I need to get this fat suit offa me! LOL ;) ;)

Elle- are you doing English for your Open Uni Course?

WOW Elle that is absolutely amazing! It so motivating to see losses like that!

I also have to add, you are one the friendliest people on here and always willing to offer help and advice.

Well done again x

Oh dno't you'll make me blush/well-up.

I just think this place is brilliant so will do what I can to keep giving advice and support as others have done for me. It has really helped my LT journey so far :)

And Black Rose, yes I'm doing English Literature! 4 more modules left - so a fair way yet - but I will get there! Are you an OU gal too?

Woooooooooot Gratz Elle-Emm Well done :D :D:D

No no, I went to uni as a mature student (so to speak LOL I was 25 with two kids, still have to question the maturity though lol)and am beginning my MA in Renaissance Lit in September. If ya want any help at all -and I by no means mean to be patronising!-or tips gimme a shout! there's nothing I love more than talking about my beloved Lit! NERD ALERT! hehehe

What are your modules? I love hearing about other modules as no two unis seem to be the same. Then I also get tips on books I haven't read or heard off. :D

Think how much more energy you'll have for these four modules!
