For the guys......

My hubby wants to go from 16st down to 12st and i was wondering if any guys out there started at the same weight and how much your average weekly losses are???

Last year I was 17 stone & over a period of 4 months trimmed down to 11 stone 13 lb I averaged 3-4 lb per week but averaged around a stone n a bit a month

My stats last year

Before

Waist - 40/2"
Chest - 48"

After

Waist 32"
Chest 42"

Me now

Waist 34/6"
Chest 42/44"
