Zero point soup

Ok, I know this seems a bit daft, but how do I make this???

I have carrots, onion, bns, mushrooms and a pepper and a bag wih some carrot, cauli & brocolli....

Any help here ppl??? Also, I know I need to 'roast' the bns, but I dont have any zero cal spray and was wondering if anyone has roasted bns without spray!!

The recipe that I have always used ,cos my MUm loves it, is:
1 large onion diced.
1 tin of tomatoes
2 or 3 carrots, sliced
1 or 2 courgettes, sliced
1 stick of celery
1 vegetable stock cube and water to cover
salt and pepper to taste
Put all the ingredients in a large saucepan and cook for about 20-30 mins. Then use a stick blender to blend it.

If I dont have say courgettes I throw in some swede. Whatever you have indoors really
