don't feel at all guilty, must admit I felt a bit like that today also though, as had been away all last week and now that I am back I haven't quite got back into the swing of things on-line. Still on the diet though so things are fine, I think there are times when we need the forum more, need to touch base more and then there are the times when we need to be off doing what life throws at us. With 3 small lads myself I am lucky if I can get 2 minutes uninterrupted to myself most days, but we wouldn't be without them for the world, would we?
