just wondered if i was right in thinking, fish cakes have 4 syns each on a red day, does this include the ones covered in breadcrumbs and are made with mash potatoe inside?

I would assume that was what was meant by a fishcake. If you have a specific brand I can check for you?

They are Marks & Spencers fish cakes, tuna one and cod ones.

Marks Tuna fishcakes are 4 syns on both plans, cod are 6 on original and 5 on green

hmmmmm thats abit odd about the cod one, i thought it would be higher on green then red. Never mind not to bad ill have them as my only syns for the day, at least that gets them out the freezer. thanks cocktailprincess x
