hey i love cheerios and i wondered if u can use them as a HE? as they SEEM healthy but as we all know seeming isnt always the truth!

thanks :)

BUMP!
I'm sure I had these as a HEB a few months ago and bought a box yesterday but can't now see them on the list!

I don't think there's enough fibre for them to be a HExB

I believe they can be used as a healthy extra in the US and Canada only.

This is because the nutritional value is completely different to the UK branded ones.

UK cheerios have less fibre, higher sugar and fat content per serving.

28g of cheerios is 5 syns, annoying I know as I love them but don't want to spend 5 syns on them.

:-( just read the above, had the variety pack of cearals at home and choose cheerios as they were lowest calorie content and didnt have time to look up and see which were HE, now wish I had had the shredded wheat.

what was the weight of the box? The syn value has changed a little since the thread was started, now 4.5 syns for 25g

It was a 25g box. Thanks for letting me know the new value :)
