Chocolate Mousse

In class last night our Consultant had made Choc Mousse for us to taste. It was very nice. She said it was 3 syns tho!

Mueller Light (This was orange)
1.5 tsp of powdered gelatine
1.5 sachet belgian choc options = 3 syns i think

Dissolve gelatine in a little warm water
Add options and gelatine to yoghurt
Stir together and set in fridge.

Easy

I thought id have a go and eat with strawberries for a pud over weekend
