Tequila makes miaow happy
Hi everyone, not been around for a bit. I decided a few weeks ago to reduce my goal weight, as I felt ready to head for the elusive bmi healhy range. I have been back to my CDC and had my first weigh in this am, and lost 4lb which I am really pleased with as I was low carbing in prep so wasnt expecting the huge first week loss. But now, I am GAGGING to eat something. I am so close, and have a holiday at the end of September. I think it is a combination of having a good loss, and knowing I wont be at goal before I go away that is doing it. How stupid am I??

complasency hun! That's all it is....but you need to use that mind over matter than you did when you first started and finish this stage of the race.....the more you keep going, the more likely you are to succeed with the maintenance plans! 83lbs off is amazing and you should be VERY proud of yourself....just do quit before its time xxxx

Thanks. i know I can do this, I have been maintaining my finishing weight give or take since November, and want to get going again! If I could just know how much I needed to lose to get the bits of me I want to get right, if you see what I mean, I think i would be more focused! Heres to my legs!

well done for maintaining, that's brilliant that you've been doing it for 10 months! and I'm sure the remaining pounds will melt off you, you seem very dedicated and know that although you want to eat, you won't
