I had a great day today!! Such a treat and its got me feeling more positive too!
Had a gentle swim then some time in the sauna and steam rooms first. Followed by a really good deep tissue back massage then a taster facial- loved them both and would definately have a back massage again. I decided to have the lunch option of chicken ceaser salad followed by fruit and really enjoyed it even though not within the 810 limits. It was then off to the gym for 30-40 mins, not too strenous-just treadmill, rowing machine and weights. My day was finished off with a mini manicure- Loved having me time and being pampered!!
Poor hubby (who had DS for the day) didnt have the best of days. Partly DS was just having an off day but partly because he really hasnt spent that much time on his own with DS as he's been so busy with work so needed to reassure hubby that there will be bad days but the more time he spends with him the more confidednt he'll become.
So feeling more positive I've come up with an action plan to get back on track!!
- I have polaroid photos of the jeans I want to fit into in the fridge, bread bin and cupboard
- Im away to make a tick chart including daily weight, diet and exercise boxes and will pin it up in the kitchen.
- I am sticking with 810 even though I could have put on last week. Im fed up with SS/SS+ and constantly switching between them. (please quote this back to me if i post that Ive decided to do SS again!)
