hi there iam new to all this, iam on day three ov sf and iam struggling i dont no what to eat for my evening meal, also the water is killing me,lol....could someone please give me sum advice, many thanks nicki.:wave_cry:

I've not found anything I can't eat on Slim Fast, just gotta learn to weigh out the right portion for the calories. It's all about portion control and calorie counting rather than restriction, the 2 supplement shakes just make it easy to get essential vitamins and minerals on a low calorie diet and also take the hassle out of calorie counting 2 meals a day ;)

I know what you mean about the water, I struggle with it too, I find Evian sports bottles can be quite handy just keep filling them and sip throughout the day x

hi there

thanks i guess your right ive just got to weigh everything and watch what i eat, many thanks,i will try to stick to it.

Yes there is so much you can have for evening meals, 600 calories is quite a lot really and I often can still eat the family meal. But if you're really stuck why don't you get some fresh or frozen ready meals? You can either get WW ones or supermarket own brands. Loads of variety, quick and easy and you can add salad/veg to them to bulk them out a bit. I often will have one if the family are having something I can't or if I'm in a hurry. Handy to have a couple in the freezer.

hi there

thank you all very much i will keep trying, its just i did cambridge for a while and lost nearly 4 stone, then i put it all back on and more,so i will stick with this and give it a go.i just dont feel like ive lost anything.:break_diet:

Keep going Nicki, you'll get there. You had an amazing loss before on CD so just proves you have the will power to do it, just got to get in the right frame of mind. I too lost weight a few years ago (3 and a half stone) and then put 2 stone back on. This time I'm more determined than ever, I'm not going to give up and I will get to my goal. Hardest part is maintaining, I've never been there (yet!) as didn't get to my goal weight last time, but will cross that bridge when I get there. One day at a time :)
