Put on a 1lb as it is star week but for once i am not stressing because I know it will come off next week. You may remember how I posted a few month ago about having my implant out because I was worried it may be interfiring with my weight loss, well im having it back in next week. Since ive had it out my weight loss has been a bit up and down. And those star weeks which i dont get with the implant dont half throw a spanner in the works weight loss wise.They say with the implant you will either stay the same weight wise, lose weight or put it on.I think it actually helped me lose.
