Mousse - how long

Hi,

When you make a mousse does it need to be eaten within 15 mins? Would it be okay to whizz one up in the morning to take to work for lunch or is this a no-no?
I'm really needing a last push for this last stone and a half as I am becoming a little lazy :break_diet:

i read somewhere that the mouse is good for 3 hours. dont quote me tho. im sure it was a reliable source but cant recall properly.

I made a mouse once and left it to set in the fridge for an hour.

But when I came to eat it, the top have had set but underneath was very runny :(

How to you make a proper mouse?

Thanks

Hiya

You must have the mousse within 15 minutes so the vitamins don't go off.
