Butter syns

What is the best butter to use? I hate margarine. And when you're making scrambled eggs do you all make it the same as me ... eggs, milk, butter? I use milk out of my Healthy Extra A allowance, but what about the butter? ... Use syns?
Advice much appreciated!

I've never used butter in scrambled eggs... not even when i wasn't dieting. The thought never occured to me!

Have you ever tried butter buds? you can get them from Lakeland and they are fantastic! Only 1/2 a syn per sachet - you could try them in your eggs if you like a buttery taste.

I just make my scrambled egg in a mug in the microwave and it turns out great.
Lightly whisk two eggs, season, splash of hot sauce, splash of cold water. 1 minute on full power (my microwave is 850kW), stir then another 40 seconds stirring every 15-20 seconds. Perfect.
