Suggestion?

I have a 200 calorie meal now, Im having a can of tuna which is 195 calories, what else could i put with it to make it a bit more filling?
 
Firstly - the tuna must be in spring water, not brine or oil - just so you know.

I'd put cucumber and lettuce with it and make a small kind of salad, but that may not be what you consider filling :D
 
It's not the calories that are the problem, it's the salt.
 
No, you can't add salt to anything on CD.
 
oh woops lol

i've been on it a week and added salt to every soup i had!

oh well, still lost a stone in a week though. can't be too bad?
 
Opps! Now you know :) Salt makes you retain water. I'm not sure if there are any other reasons you shouldn't have it.

Well done on the stone though, that's great!
