Hi

Probably a silly question but how long can you keep boiled eggs for? I boiled a few on Sunday and was going to eat my last one today, do you think it would still be fresh? The sell by date is not until end of August.

Just checked, and if it has been kept in the fridge after it was hard boiled, they can last up to a week

LOL I always remember my gran telling me as a kid that they keep for a week in a cold environment!

I would definitely say it was OK. Think about how long scotch eggs sit on the shelf in Tesco... you'll be just fine with a couple days!
