Nooooooo cannot make group today

Had a slightly dodgy week too, so i really need to get my backside into shape! :wave_cry:

My other half is working and there are no buses from the village until after group starts, so i'll miss it completely and no buses late enough for evening group (plus evening group is past babies bed time!)
 
I've planned our evening meals this week as follows:

Tuesday: Chilli Con Carne and Rice (EE)
Weds: Pork Chop and Ratatouille (RED)
Thurs: Roast Beef and veggies (probably swede and carrot, broccoli, green beans) (RED)
Fri: Lamb Biryani (SW Style) EE
Sat: Homemade Burgers (HE X 2)
Sun: Roast Pork Dinner (red)
Mon: Tuna Pasta Bake (Green) (HE A X 1, HE B X 1)
