Puddings!?

When I have a meal, I have small-ish portions and eat until im almost full, then I have myself a nice happy, or piece of Melon or bowl of strawberries or something like that which fills me up nicely and I find it makes me not want to snack.

But a friend of mine (who, i might add is a perfect build in every way -.-) says that we shouldnt eat puddings and should wait until we are hungry again to eat what we would have had for a pudding .

I dont know whether to take her advise and stop having me pudding or to carry on what Im doing :S

I think what you are doing sounds great =- its not as thought you are eating a big slice of chocolate cake after each meal.

I don't class fruit as a pudding! I have banned puddings as such, but you need to eat a lot of fruit and veg every day.

What you are doing sounds great!

I recently learned that we should not have more than 3 portions of fruit a day as it affects our insulin levels.... which in return, turns into fat deposits.
Veg - eat as much as you can/want!

I look forward to a hot sticky pudding every weekend.... not going to deny myself the things I love, but just making sure I have less.... no denying.... would easily have 2 double portions in past.

xx

I tend to have a snack around 9pm, rather than a pudding after dinner. As I've got used to smaller portions, I'm often full after so it gives me time to digest the food & something to look forward to later.

Usually either have a bowl of low calorie icecream with strawberries or a small chocolate bar.

May occasionally treat myself to a gorgeous looking pudding, but I'd rather snack more throughout the day than save cals for that most days.
