Week 2 I found hard. Week 3 I found relatively easy. Week 4 and I am struggling again (I am hoping this is not a pattern).
I am trying to keep my eye on the final prize - a baby - and telling myself I don't physically NEED food and wanting it is different to being at death's door and actually starving.
Most of the time it works.
What do you do to get through those days where you really struggle?
