The problem with tasting tiny bits of food is that it gives you a taste for more tiny bits of food and soon those tiny bits, become bigger bits and almost always grow into entire meals!
Sorry to break the bad news, but, unless you're a chef, you really , really don't NEED to taste tiny bits of food, and unfortunately the body is such that once it's had a 'taste' the demand is always for more.
On a Scientific note, you may have a finely balanced ketosis and even a tiny bit of carbohydrate could knock you out and then you'll end up feeling hungry and lethargic all over again.
