Clover spread points please?

Hi everyone

I am not new to the boards but I am new on the WW thread. I think lol. I have been round that much.

Anway after nearly dying the other day, yes I nearly died I had a big asthma attack and nearly didn't reach my front door...well I have decided that this weight has got to come off.

I have decided to write a diary and try weight watchers points system because my little sis is going great guns on it.

Can anyone advise me how many ww points is a tea spoon of clover spread please?
