Hi can anyone tell me if i can have kelloggs bran flakes as a healthy extra ? If so how much ? If there not a healthy extra how many syns are they ?cheers

That's not the same as Kellogg's Bran Flakes, it's higher in fibre.

You can have 28g of Bran Flakes plus one ryvita dark rye/original/sesame.
