Snacky type food?? Any suggestions?

I know that we should try not to snack and stuff. But sometimes I just feel a bit peckish and feel like I want/need to eat something. I was wondering, other than fruit, does anyone have any suggestions of healthy/low calorie snack type foods?

Raisins, nuts and cockles are my favourite!

When I feel like a snack I usually have either fruit, yogurts, slice of toast using weight watchers bread as it's only 49 cals a slice, raisins, snack sized chocolate such as kit kat or breakaway usually about 110 cals so worth the treat, quavers 87 cals a pack, snack a jacks, rivita, rice crackers..

Other than fruit...I have a packet of Walkers Baked crisps - 98 cals (mango chilli flavour).

The other snack I occasionally have is a couple of pieces of dark chocolate straight from the fridge.

Oooooh! Jelly!!!

Thanks everyone :)

I always have carrots ( or any veg strips really ) and dip it into a small pot of light Philadelphia, really tasty / filling and only about 100 cals.

fruit, snack a jacks, low cal crisps (eg quavers) yogs, cereal bars ( alpen lite are lovely) I also have cuppa soups and things like splendips.

dont think that you shouldnt snack. If you are genuinely hungry have something otherwise you run the rsik of caving and having a binge ( or is that just me). Some expecrts say we should have 5 maller meals a day and ensure we eat every 2-3 hours

Those Pink n White wafer biscuits are massive and only have 50 calories in them. I like them cos it takes a few mouthfuls to eat them unlike a conventional biscuit where it's gone in two, and hasn't filled a gap.

I never thought of those pink n white ones.... Hmmm!!
I like the weightwatchers chocolate wafers, 78 cals each and they seem to go with a cuppa just as well, if not better, than a couple of biccies used to!

Thanks for all the suggestions :)

Got some sugar free jelly today, love it!! Get loads and it's only 8 calories!!!!

little tip from me:

yogurts last aaaages if you freeze them. if you want them mushy like frozen yog/icecream then just leave them in the freezer for a couple of hours. i always forget about them though, so i have them when theyre mega frozen, they can take up to half an hour to eat by which time you're no longer in a snacky mood and you've only consumed about 70 cals (based on activia fat-free yogs) yum!
i like to eat on when i'm watching tv as it stops me from reaching for more unhealthy snacks

Whole prawns are low and take ages to eat.

cuppa soup

25g bag twiglets

small packet of snakajacks

sweet ryvita - nice with a cuppa

crab sticks

I love fruit as a snack, also snack a jacks not very nutrious but quite yummy, little boxes of raisins or other dried fruit, pretzels are fairly low calorie or popcorn.
