just got back from a 4 night break (yes only 4 nights) and have managed to put on 5lbs!!! absolutely gutted. need to get my bum into gear and it has given me a bit of a shock as i cant fit into any of the clothes i bought at the beginning of the year when i reached my target and back into scabby old fat clothes. on the plus side im going to walk the 1.8 miles into work from now on and making a commitment to myself to do it only took 30 mins and by the time i drive and try to find a parking space it doesnt work out that much longer. wore my heart rate monitor this morning and i burnt just over 150 cals on the way in so if i can do that 5 days a week to and from work its going to be 1500 cals
