Hello, I've just joined today , I've so far lost 20 lb's on Slimming World but and now I'm starting to struggle with inspiration for meals. Hopefully I'll pick up some ideas on here, I'm mainly a red day person however I do struggle with lunch ideas and if I'm at home I find it even worse not to snack on naughty things. Also finding that my shopping bill is increasing as I'm buying fresh meat more often .
I've been looking at so many recipes that need artifical sweetner it puts me off, I find that sweetner (I've used Canderel) tends to give me a headache so I don't bother making anything as I'd have to load it up with sugar, I have 1/2 spoonful in my cuppa so I'm using alot of sins during the day on sugar. I also find that too much cheese triggers migraines so I will only have a HEA portion of cheese once or twice a week at most.
After reading a few post on this lovely forum I've decided I'm going to try to have more green days as there does seem to be more choice, I think I'm going to go to the supermarket and stock up on quorn mince and make a chilli and spag bol!
I'm on my holiday count down as we go to Florida in 10 weeks so am trying to get down to the 12st something mark before I go currently sat at 13st 11lb - hopefully I can achieve this if I don't have too many setbacks and moments of weakness along the way .
