what week do you add a meal in cd?

Sorry for the dumb question, I have lost my book and can't remember when you add a meal and what exactly does be in that one meal.
 
12th week sounds cool, so what do you have in it

It's actually week 13, then you must do the 810 plan (or above), then go back to doing SS or SS+ if you want.

Do you have the yellow book with the list of foods allowed? It not, ask your CDC for one as you will definitely need it for when you get to goal anyway :clap:
 
Oh and BTW, you don't have to wait until week 13. You can do 810 anytime if you and your CDC think it suits better. It's only that you must do it (or higher) every 13th week
