Positivity is the key
Hi All,
Well I weighed today as I am on holidays next week and I lost 3.8lb which meant I reached my 3rd goal of 16 stone and my mini challenge. :happy036::happy036::happy036::happy036::happy036:
I am so thrilled to go on holidays 4 stone 6lb lighter than I was 12 weeks ago, it feels like such an achievement for me as starting out I didn't know how long I would last on this.
It also makes me more determined to stick to LT whilst on holidays as it means I will get to my goal faster. The friends I am going to, know about the diet and are supportive of it, so I know I won't meet any problems there. I am also used to sitting in cafes etc with the boys while they eat and I don't, they are also used to it so it won't be an issue for them either.
Setting my next goal as reaching the 200lb stage.
