Is it ok if you miss a pack or two?



Well i was just wondering, last week i missed one or two a day some random days and still lost a lot of weight, so is it all ok?

I feel fine, had 2 today but can't be bothered to have any more...

In order to maintain your health and well being it's really important that you have ALL of your packs.

Cambridge has a very fine balance of protein, carbs, fat, vitamins and minerals... by not eating all your packs you risk developing ketoacidosis....

Which is life threatening and recently killed a woman up North, who was living in soup and water....

She was 26 I think...... her body was soo laden with ketones it became toxic and she lapsed into a coma and died.

I'm not trying to frighten you, but you need to be very aware of the dangers of not eating all of the packs on a regular basis... it's OK to miss the very occasional one but anything regular is dangerous.

It is hard when you get to the end of the day and haven't fancied the last one.. I did that last night.. just dropping off to sleep when my eyes pinged open, realising that I'd only had two packs during the day! I had to get myself up and out of bed to make one more shake... but I did get up for it, cause it is so important to have 3 minimum, (4 max), every day... they're so full of everything we need vitamins and minerals-wise, and in terms of energy.. it doesn't feel like we're getting so little energy, cause we don't feel hungry the whole time.. but we're really giving ourselves the minimum, so.. be kind to yourself and give your body what it's needing :)

Sounds like you're keen for this to go well which is fab!! Post loads on minmins, and never be shy to ask anything, cause we're all here for you! :)

This happened to my last night im on the 810 plan had my evening meal at 8pm then had to force myself to drink my last shake an hour after my meal.

I so didnt want the last shake at all.!
 
I'm really bad for missing packs and I know it's not good. I've changed to tetras and bars this week because it's less volume and easier to eat them in the hope that I will eat them all EVERY day.
 
at your height you should be having 4 packs a day! x x
 
I find it hard to have all my packs too, as I'm not hungry. I stick to the soups mainly, as it's easy to make in a cup. You're 6ft so you should really be having 4 packs a day.
 
I have missed ALOT of packs, too many actually. Not on purpose at all. I have simply forgot.

I would strongly advise you have ALL of your 4 packs as you are 6foot, you really do need the nurishment the packs give you.
 
If the health risks arnt bad enough - if you continue to forget packs your body will go into starvation mode and slow down weight loss - so if the health side of things dont bother you - the weight loss should lol!
 
your body will go into starvation mode if it doesnt get everything it needs and this will make you lose LESS weight, not more!
Dont play with the diet hun, it works for a reason and there is always the bar/tetra option if its sheer bulk you dont want!

Make it your mini challenge to stick to the diet properly hun, its effective for a reason
