WI this morning and feeling bad!!!

I am due to be weighed this morning (5th week but 4th WI) but CDC has been on holiday and while she was away I have been over-indulging!!! Oh well, only another hour until I find out what damage has been done. I'm hoping not too much. Does anyone else find that when CDC away they seem to loose all motivation?

Yes....my cdc was away this week and I had to weigh myself on Monday night/tuesday. From the previous Monday I found it really difficult to stay on track (it didn't help that despite best efforts the scales refused to budge) - by Saturday I was so hacked off that I joined in with dinner. Thankfully not too much damage, and still managed to shed two lb (and another 2 since) BUT the point is that I felt I could 'make up for it' given that I didn't have to explain myself to my CDC at the end of the week. This is why WW etc doesn't work for me, there's too much opportunity to go off plan and 'make up for it later'. I think I may be one of those people that even at goal go every week to get weighed - too much opportunity to go off piste otherwise!

Here's hoping the damage will not be too extensive. It can't be fat, its glycogen/water weight, so you should take it off quickly if you have put on.

Hi Jess, it's been hard having 2 weeks hasn't it. I've also been a bit naughty (you know how naughty!!) but was very surprised this morning - much bigger loss than I expected....how did that happen?? Perhaps our perception of naughty has changed and we are being better than we think! Keep up the good work - you'll get there.:)

OK - have been weighed and 3.5lbs off so really really pleased. Could have been more if I had stuck to the diet 100% obviously!

I'm going on holiday next week but plan to stick to the diet while I'm away as have a wedding to go to in a couple of weeks time. Want to loose another 7lb if possible by then.
