syn free ready meals on Green

Hiya
does anybody know of any syn free ready meals for green days?

Have had a look in the syn section of forum but not much there that I can see...

Lol am thinking of going to tescos in my lunchbreak do they do anything? only have a microwave at work and im not looking forward to cooking the pasta n sauce i have here in microwave!!

Not helpful for Tesco, but ASDA's chick pea dhal in a tin is gorgeous and free.

Quorn cottage pie from tesco is nice and very filling/tasty is 3 syns for 300g pack

Heinz tinned meat free ravioli is syn free on green

Birds eye frozen pasta arrabiata is syn free

Very nice but costs 2 quid and is so cheap to make at home!!!

will still look out for it in tescos but couldnt find it on their website!!

Cook chopped chilli, onion, garlic and red pepper in fry light until soft. Add a tin of tomatoes and a tsp of sweetener and simmer for approx 15 mins.

Stir through some cooked pasta and add some chopped olives if desired (7 for 1 syn)
