What counts as low carb as a daily total?

Just wondering, if you're doing a 'low carb' diet, how many g of carbs do you try and stick to a day?
 
Hi Caroline,

On Atkins induction, you start at 20 Carbs a day, the majority of which you should be getting from green leaf veggies. After that you move into Ongoing Weight Loss by slowly adding carbs until you cease losing weight, at this point you reduce the carbs until you are losing again until you reach your goal and move in to maint. That's a potted description. :) on the Atkins forum there is a stickie that explains that in more detail love.
