Yesterday, I bought Tesco's light choices Chocolate and Orange Cereal Bars instead of the Alpen lights. I threw 2 in my bag this morning for my HexB
Thank god I checked the syns before I ate them, they are 4 each and NOT 3 like the Alpen Lights!!! Back to the cupboard they will go today! :giggle:
