has anyone got any ideas !! i hav a school reunion on sat and am 3lb off 2stone i really dont want to blow it !! thankyou

One of the lowest syn drinks is vodka, so if you team that with a diet mixer it works out as 2 and half syns per single vodka (5 syns if you are like me and have a double ha!)

I loooove wine but only have it on special occasions as a small glass is like 6 syns or something aaargh!

Not sure about other spirits, maybe brandy and diet coke? thats lower in syns than wine i think?
