Just hoping writing everything down will give me extra support in getting my weight off and stay off this time.

Tues::)
Breakfast: 2 eggs omlette
Lunch: Low fat thai chilli supernoodles
Dinner: 1/4 gregs pasty thingy made from bachelors macaroni cheese and sauce/smash
Snacks: banana, s/f jelly and strawb mullerlite
small glass of red wine, coke zero, black coffee.

Looks like it is going well for you so far. I had the Thai Supernoodles for lunch today too and was surprised, they were better than I thought they would be

Been doing SW for two weeks at home as I did it before about 7 years ago but decided to go back to class yesterday as it always keeps me focused. I mainly do green as not a huge meat eater but also like the ee which is new from when I did it before.

How are you finding it so far? I remember the first time i did it it took me a while to get my head around eating so much lol :D:D
 
well the only diet i did before was atkins and lost 7 stone 6 years ago, i kind of got obsessed with it and my family hated me being on it. i more or less kept it off till 18 months ago when i was put on medication, i slowly put over 4 stone on and my cousin suggested i tried SW, this is my first week and so far it's easy to do and yes you are right i am eating loads so i hope i am doing it right :fingerscrossed:
 
Cara, looking good so far but there doesn't look to be a massive amount of fuit & veg in there? Try and make sure you have lots - it'll speed up your weight loss. And whilst doing the EE plan SW recommend filling a 1/3 of your plate with superfree foods (foods that are free on both red and green - e.g. salad, veg, fruit, cottage cheese, eggs, quorn)

Also, are you having your healthy extra's - they're also vital for your weight loss.

And finally - your menu looks to be all green today? Unless there was some meat/fish in your omelette? If not it means you could do the green plan today and have an extra healthy B choice?

Hello Katy, thanks for your input, you are right i didn't have anything that would be classed red yesterday and i was very full on what i did have. I will make sure i have lots of salad/fruit today and planning on having salmon at lunchtime today. I'm still trying to get my head around this plan and any advice you have would be very well received
 
No worries hun, it will click into place soon I promise! Just keep reading your books, and I find reading other peoples food diaries on here is really useful for ideas.

Breakfast: sliced banana with toffee mullerlite
Lunch: slice of yesterdays cheese and oninon pie with salad
dinner: salmon steak with cauli puree
layered s/f jelly,banana custard mullerlite and strawbwerries.
snacks, coffee, coke zero
 
Mon:
Breakfast: coffee
Mid morning: 6 crackerbread (heb) tomato salsa
Lunch: sweet thai chilli supernoodles
Dinner: diet coke chicken, sw wedges
Snacks: total 0% mixed with cad highlites dark choc and 1 tsp sweetner, coffee, coke zero
