Difference between SS and SS+ losses

How much of a difference, on average, is there between losses on SS and on SS+?

I ask, because I am craving meat a lot and I know I could have a small amount of chicken on SS+. But I don't want to stunt my weight loss (no patience, the quicker off the better for me).

On the other hand, I am scared I will try SS+ and not be able to stop eating!

People say on average 14lbs on SS and 12lbs on SS+ pm.
There isn't a great deal of difference really. I don't find SS+ makes me want to go off the rails and I am the kind of person that would!
Hope that reassures x

I did ss and ss+ and had very similar losses on both..... How long have you been on ss for now!! If you feel the need for it then I would go for it, its better to change plan when you have planned to rather than suddenly just having a binge if that makes sense.
Good luck x

On Thursday it'll be three weeks, which isn't very long at all is it! Maybe I should stick it out for 12 weeks then rethink it.

I would carry on on ss until at least week 5. It used to be the case that you had a add a meal week on week 5 which was basically ss+. You could then try the ss+ for the week and see how you feel. If it doesn't suit then just go back to your ss.;)

but if you do SS+ then make sure you only have the right quantities off the list as otherwise the losses could stall!

Yeah this would be an issue for me. Portion control is not one of my strong points.

it's a constant battle!

If they are just cravings I would personally stick with SS and try and get through them. I craved tuna for the first 4 weeks but then it went away and I continued on quite nicely until my 810 week in week 12. Since then I have found it a struggle not to crave tuna, or any fish to be honest but I am doing my best to be 100% on SS as I know that works the best for me.

I would say the fastest way to loose weight is SS - you don't need to deal (at this moment in time) with portion control or any choice at all really.

But, as said above, if you think not having it is going to bring on a binge then add it.
