WellI have been attempting to lose weight since the beginning of this year,and managed to lose a stone and a half by april:D only to gain 10lb back after following the mantra "Eat what you like,as long as you burn it off":cry:

I'm not quite sure what went wrong as it seemed like a sensible way to look at it,I made sure that I anything I ate in excess of 1000 cals a day I burned,but something must have gone wrong somewhere, because I gained.

Anyways,I'm hoping to get those 10lb back off by the end of the summer,so i'll be looking good for going back to college.Then i'll work on the remaining 4lb to my final goal weight.

I'm going to do low-carb (NOT atkins,I have a bad relationship with that diet) along with drinking 8 glasses of water a day,taking boots slimaid (it's all natural,so can't do any harm,and hopefully will do some good) and doing plenty of exercise.

Hopefully,I should start to see the weight coming off pretty soon,and then I can work on toning up :D

Anyone else doing low-carb?
