Week 14 Weigh in results on 810 plan! :(

only 2lbs off....which i'm not thrilled about, however, when i sat and thought about the fact that i had practically doubled my calorie intake for the week, it isnt such a bad thing.

Glad to be back on 3 shakes/soups a day though i have to be honest!

So not ready for the whole food thing yet.....

How was everyone else's weigh in on their 810 week? is it just me its been bad for?

my 810 week I stayed the same and this ss+ week I look like I'm going to sts again! 2lbs is great hun, well done! X

From your other post it doesn't seem that you enjoyed 810 week, but 2lbs is a great loss - am sure you will catch up next week.

Although my 810 week was actually 9 days and I had a couple of "enhanced" meals we were out an about quite a bit as on holiday and did a mamoth bike ride which I think cancelled all my calories that week!

Like you though I am glad to be back on SS, although I have found that it did give me the taste for food though which is a bit of a struggle, but I am getting by ok. I am giving myself 5 more weeks on SS and see where I am then - end of August.

This diet is ace - so much weight gone in such a short space of time - really is life changing

just wanted to say I think you have done amazingly well......WOW!!!!!!..... You have lost an incredible 69 Pounds in 14 weeks..
You were a size 18 and you are now a size 12............ in 14 weeks.....
I think that is truly amazing you should be so so proud of yourself... you really should be.......
2 lbs is still a great loss hon...... I have always tried to look at it in the bigger picture anyway.. the week i lost 1 1/2 pound I didnt look at the 1 1/2 pounds I thought wow this week I have hit 5 stone!!!

I think i was more disappointed for missing out on my 5 stone by 1lb than anything, but still loving the diet!!!! It rocks! Just glad to be back on SS! lol
