Hi all

Well all wasnt bad luck thank god for that since had rotten day (other post), went and got weighed tonight and i didnt even peak at home before went and lost 2lbs omg couldnt believe it as sts past 2 weeks on ee, and i did green with few days of mix2max, so thats the way forward now green and odd mix2max week
