I have worked out that there is 179 Days until I reach my big 40th birthday and I am trying my hardest to achieve my target weight by then as a birthday present to myself so to help I am doing my own online food diary.
Thursday 23rd July
Red Day :
HEX A: 250ml s/s Milk, 6 x Laughing Cow Extra Light Triangles
HEX B: 2x Nimble Wholemeal,
Breakfast: 28g puffed oats,sweetener and milk from allowance.
Lunch: Homemade syn free vegetable soup.
Apple,sliced to it takes longer to eat.
Tea: Minced beef and Egg meatloaf,syn free tomato and red pepper sauce, diced potatoes with red onions.
Supper: 2 slices of nimble bread, laughing cow extra light cheese triangles
Drinks: Coffee or tea with millk from allowance, sugar free vimto cordial.
