hi guys, i've not really been on much this last week. things have been a bit traumatic, my sister in law, gave birth to my nephew 15 weeks early, its been very touch and go, but so far so good.

i stuck to TFR anyway but i didnt drink nearly enough water, i still lost 3lb (almost double the weight of my nephew) this week so can't complain. well done to everyone else who has lost this week, i think i have caught up with most threads now. :D

oh my goodness, that is a teeny tiny baby. so pleased to hear that he's doing ok. how is your sister in law? and is she your brother's wife or husband's family?

amazing achievement still losing - not surprised you didnt drink much water.

congratulations on your loss and i hope next week brings better things for you xxxx

yeah shes my brothers partner, she is as well as to be expected. they let her out of hospital monday, i think they found it very hard leaving him in the hospital on his own. but already he is off the ventelator which is almost unheard of at his age.

wow that is amazing to be breathing on his own when he's still so little! he must be very strong :) and that must be some comfort to your sister in law and brother.

i really admire you for sticking to TFR during this time.

xx

Hi Kez

Congratulations on your new nephew and I do hope he gets stronger every day. He is certainly in the best hands and they will do everything possible. He sounds like a right little fighter, which is brill.

Good on you for the loss this week, considering what you have been going through. A good loss actually. And well done for sticking with it; shows you are really determined.

Have a great week and wishing your little nephew and his family all the very best.

Hi Kerry,
