welcome back hun!!

this is my second attempt at lipotrim and i found it weird at the beginning too, they all tasted odd, i remembered them being nice and when i started they were horrible, now i'm back to thinking they're nice again - madness.

5lbs aint bad at all, but wishing all the luck to get some shifted!

love lots xx

Hi and welcome back :)

5lbs isn't bad at all, but understand wanting to lose it and then some more.

As you've had success before you know what you need to do - 3 shakes, plus lots of water, plus no nibbling ;)

You'll be fine! Good luck for week 1 weigh in :)

Hi Monique

Welcome back....you know, you are nipping it in the bud before it gets worse, although I think 5lbs isnt too bad at all, but then again, you dont want to undo all the good works prior to March.

I am sure you will get into the swing of things and start to enjoy the shakes again and they will become part of you.

I tried LT, albiet very briefly (not 2 days) last year and gosh did the shakes taste vile to me then...now, I have had no problems whatsoever, apart from the vanilla but that is just personal. I just dont like vanilla :)

Looking forward to hearing how you are getting on and you have made another good step on getting back on board....take this time to re-evaluate your eating habits so that when you stop this time round you will be able to maintain no problem,,but again, I think the 5lb isnt bad at all.

Welcome back honey! 5lbs isn't that bad considering you have been off LT for almost 4 months (right?)

I have heard its harder the second time around - personally i think it'd be easier and id love to go back on it! lol Im thinking of doing it again in september after graduation to get to 10st, so let me know how you are finding it! Oh, and good luck chicken :) x

I am thinking of re-starting after coming off Celebrity Slim, which I really enjoyed, but I came off that and put the weight back on.

I have never been this bad at dieting in my whole life, my Mum has even made me get accupuncture to try and clear my head and speed my metabolism up.

The only problem is, that I have 6 weeks (before Hols) to loose about 2 stone:eek:, which is still alot heavier than I wanted to be, but I would feel alot better.

I have tried just about every diet since january and when I looked at the pictures of Summergurl my jaw dropped, because I started Lipotrim at the end of January and if I had stuck to it, I would be nice and slim too:cry:

Aww well ya know you can still do it! If you've got 6 weeks till your hols you could get 4weeks of TFR under your belt, 2 weeks refeed be sensible on holiday then come straight back home and on TFR :)

Thanks, I have already started and I was thinking I should refeed before I go, otherwise I will pile it straight back on. I will have to come on here again for support and just get on with it, as I have never done a full week yet. I have been told that once you get past the first week it gets so much easier.

yep, the first week is the hardest for many ... just stick at it! :) x

Can I ask a really silly question, how do you put a profile picture on? I have tried to add it on my User Cp, but can't find anything that mentions adding pictures??

You need to post 50times first chick then you can put one up. Its under your CP then 'change avatar' :)

Hi Monique,
welcome back and wishing you all the best with your restart. If your mind is in the right place you should be fine, well done for what you have lost so far and good luck with the rest.

P.S
Little miss moody,
a vibro plate is an exercise machine which vibrates as you use it, therefore claiming you get an hours work out in 10 mins, they are all the rage now, esp in celeb land so we are led to believe.

Hi Monique ,welcome back. You have done well only to put on 5 lbs. I am still struggling to maintain around 12st . I have thought of going back on TFR to loose another 1.5 stone but am still clinging to the hope it will come off with healthy eating /low sugar .Will be here to support you if you decide to take the plunge ....

Welcome back Monique, im back on TFR for the 4th time and it is hard but you have to hang in there and imagine all the clothes that you will be able to fit into, i am finding it very hard and am losing less this time
