I have a spare 2006 Food Directory going spare if anyone would like it?

Some of the syn values have been updated since 2006 but some have stayed the same and its good for quick reference!

It's not in great condition and I have scribbed some syn values in the back that wernt in the book btw! But then they are probably a little out of date now too.
