Red Hot

Okay, a friend wants to meet for lunch today at Red Hot. I'm on a red day and wondered if anyone had any tips for eating there?

Probably far too late now Willow, but what is Red hot and what do they do? In fact, what did you have!!

They do pretty much everything. It is a 'world buffet'. I wasn't REALLY good, but I wasn't REALLY bad either.

I had some salad which did have a dressing, but I couldn't help that. I also had plain rice (guess I'm now on a green day!) with a small amount of Chicken from the Chinese section. I was a bit bad with a couple of pieces of sesame prawn toast, and a small slice of pizza. But I went up FAR less times than I would have done in the past!
