For all those that get tummy rumbling noises....

Hi all,

I don't know if this helps but when I hear my tummy making a rumbling/gurgling noises I tell myself it's not rumbling from hunger but it's the noise it makes as it's eating away at my fat cells turning them into energy!!!! Might sound odd but that way I lie/sit there listening to it with a big smile on my face thinking COME ON eat that fat!!!!

lol - I do the same. My tummy was going mad last night - only because I ate 2 bars yesterday! But I lay in bad telling myself it way my fat dissolving! Somehow it makes the rumbling more bearable!
